Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup starts today, Friday, November 6, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center located at 1101 Lincoln Street in the Vista.

We will be hosting a food drive for Harvest Hope during Packet Pickup. Bring in 3 items and you will get a Chick-fil-A coupon!

We will begin at 11 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Packet Pickup will be held on the upper level of the Convention Center and will be handled as a DRIVE THRU! Please follow the signs closely.

The turn around area by the Visitors Center will be used for people Registering for the event and/or have questions.

The loading zone at the front of the Convention Center is for Pre-Registered participants in all events.

Please drive to the appropriate sign for the event you are participating in (Half Marathon, 8K Run, or 4-Mile Walk) and stay in your car. A volunteer will come to your car and get your packet for you. This process is designed to ease the process and allow us to serve you quickly.

Your race packet will include your t-shirt, bib number with pins and a course map with information about starting times, etc. After you have reviewed the information in your packet and if you still have questions, please park and come to the turn around area. There will be a table for Information and Questions.

Saturday's Packet Pickup is scheduled in front of the Capitol Building on Gervais and and Main from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Timing Chips will be handed out to 8K and Half Marathon runners at the Starting Area on Saturday morning.
