Training

There is also a small group that runs every Saturday morning downtown and covers many parts of the course. The group meets in front of Drip Coffee in Five Points 5:45AM for a 6 mile loop, then again at 7:00AM for a 10 mile loop (options to cut shorter). All paces are welcome and represented.
